UILDERS wanting to construct the environmentally friendly way can learn how at a series of EcoProperty seminars in Daylesford starting next Sunday.
The workshops will show how to build suburban eco-friendly homes, examining issues including site selection, design, materials, permaculture and community principles. Those who attend can get involved in all aspects of building three ``eco homes'' on 2200sq m of land in the town.
The workshops will also look at how to assess existing properties' environmental credentials, and understanding how ``eco value'' adds market value to properties.
The workshops will be held on September 12, November 20 and February 6, with the final analysis of the three completed homes in March.
