What is EcoProperty?
EcoProperty emerged from our work over 10 years on property and sustainability. It now utilised in a range of ways to recognise, communicate and manage the values in property that is registered as Eco Property®.

Who is EcoProperty for?
EcoProperty is for Homeowners, Investors, Developers, Landlords, Real Estate Agents, Buyers, Advisors, Organisations such as Catchment Management Authorities, local governments, Community Development workers, Property Consultants, Valuers, Designers.

Why Register My Property to the EcoProperty Register?
Once a property is on the Register there are many resources available to you to access. The range of resources available and how to utilise them depends on what sort of User you are for the property and the intention of the User.

Intention will include may include some of the the following examples: Developing the property as a family asset; Changing a property to a community; Selling a property for your client

When Do I Register?
You can register anytime. The best time is when you want to change something about your property, or when you want to manage some change. However, as soon as you do register your can commence to access the resources available to you and your property.
