eco property ® is a registered trademark. It available for use by other individuals, businesses and organizations on a prior approval basis. Contact details below.

eco property (R) (in part) is available for use by licensed real estate agents, developers, marketers, promoters and individuals and businesses. Community, government and non government agencies and organisations are also welcome to apply for the use of this license.

You are welcome to contact us any time as we are interested to work with others on property and sustainability.

eco property (R) is for use and purpose by application and requires written approval before any use or purpose.

ecoproperty(R)

History

eco property emerged as the trademark of OzECO in its work on property and sustainability since 1997. This included the recognition, assessment, promotion and selling of property through Eco Real Estate and associated property owners and real estate agents.

To protect and foster the integrity of this work eco property(R) was registered as a trademark and is owned by Catriona MacDiarmid and EcoProperty Pty Ltd.

Since then hundreds of properties and EcoProperty Guides (EPG) have been recognised and promoted as eco property(R). The rating and assessments of the property are recognised in EcoPrperty Guide (EPG) and the eco property(R) certificate for each property. These include environmental and ecological inspections and surveys as well as design and building ratings, community features, and certifications by many associated bodies.

As well magazines for property owners and real estate agents and property developers have been issued as EcoProperty Sustainable Living Magazine, mag@zine.

Property and owners and real estate agents are also licensed to utilise an EcoProperty Program for the marketing and selling of the property.

Property owners and property developers also utilise eco property(R) to provide information on construction, land management, community development, energy use and resources, water use and related services and resources.

The EcoProperty Directory provides additional services for real estate agents, property owners, businesses and individuals to assist them design, build, construct, develop, market, assess, projects and property for sustainability

The websites www.eco.com.au and www.ecoproperty.com www.ecorealestate.com.au and www.myecohome.com.au provide one of the avenues for promotion of properties and the eco property programs and selling methods.

ecoproperty® (in part) is the identification and recognition of property, its rating and assessment, its classification, marketing materials, promotion methods and selling systems.
eco property has been established and developing since 1997. ecoproperty(R) has been a registered trademark for many years.

We work on behalf of the land and natural habitat to preserve work undertaken which contributes to ecological sustainability.

EcoProperty Local Consultants (LocalsCAN) work with us in their local communities.

EcoProperty Real Estate Agents are trained in making the assessments and how to utilise eco property(R) marketing and selling programs.
