Three and a half hours drive from Sydney, this twenty acre property is being revegetated with local native species and has extensive views over the manning Valley to the mountains.

There are two cottages built from local hardwood timber and recycled materials. The cottages are fully self-contained and sleep up to five people in comfort.

The property has a barbeque, swimming pool and a campfire area. The wetland on the property has an abundance of bird life, and fishing and boating are some of the activities available.

There is a river walk and small farm animals to enjoy. Tinonee is an historic village with several craft shops, tea houses and a tennis court, local shop and post office.

Fifteen minutes drive from the property are pristine surfing beaches.
