All property is eligible for our services: residential, farming, business, commercial, tourism, apartments, land, bush, public or privately or community owned.

Our work is about property and sustainability. We assess all property for both its potential to become EcoProperty® as well as any existing features and values which identify it immediately as EcoProperty®.

For property with no key features to be identified as EcoProperty® we will instead look at its eco potential. This Program is called EcoPotential and there will still be many buyers for your property.

Why Is This So: many of our clients are also committed to sustainability and want to work on degraded land to revegetate it, are looking at residences to make them a healthy home, wish to change the garden or landscape to become water efficient or create a native landscape to attract wildlife, to restore bushland and many, many other examples.
